With the constant rain, there’s little more to photograph but wet things.

Taronga Zoo Dingo

Taronga Zoo Dingo, originally uploaded by smallfox2.

Well, the title says it all. They’re such beautiful dogs!
Here’s a question: they’re native Australian dogs, so called. But they apparently were introduced 5000 or so years ago. They then took the place of the Thylacine except in Tasmania. So how native are they?

Misty Morning Newtown 2

Misty Morning Newtown 2, originally uploaded by smallfox2.

Road signs and lights on a misty morning. Looks a little mysterious, I think. Took this on my way to work and without a tripod had difficulty getting the long exposures without camera shake.

Misty Morning in Newtown 1

Misty Morning in Newtown 1, originally uploaded by smallfox2.

On my way to work…
I saw from the back door that it was misty so I took my camera on the way to work. Hard without a tripod to get good photos in this light – I used the power poles to stabilise my hands and camera for the longer exposures.
