Featured Photo – Field in the Fog

Field in the Fog by Richard Murch.

I love fog – occassionally get a good one in Sydney but not that frequently. I remember riding by bike to school one morning in Rockingham, Western Australia, where there had never ever been a fog before. It was so thick that I could barely see 10 feet ahead of me. In the Blue Mountains, New South Wales, fog is more common because it is higher and in the clouds. If I get the chance to be there again in those conditions I will be sure to take photos, the great white nothing at the edge of the lookout.

Anyway, take a look also at some of Richard’s other work here on RedBubble.

Thats a beautiful photograph – very tranquil.

When we lived up in the hills in Martin, during the winter, sometimes the clouds used come in so low, that we would quite literally be in the clouds, a great sight đŸ˜‰
